About Me
My passion for photography began a few years ago when I was traveling with my daughter. We spotted a few bald eagles perching on tall power poles some distance away and we tried to take photos of them. Back then we had a simple SLR camera with a relatively small lens. We took some photos and had a lot of fun. When we later check out our photos at home, we quickly realized that we could take even better photos. So we got a better camera and a bigger lens and the bald eagle photography adventure began…

Lenses: Canon EF 400mm f5.6L USM, Canon EF 70-200mm f2.8 IS II USM, Canon EF 100-400mm f4.5-5.6L IS II USM
Tripod: Induro CT 214 Carbon 8x
Gimbal Head: Jobu Jr. 3 Deluxe Kit
I have attached an additional battery grip with spare batteries to all of my cameras. I always take extra memory cards with me (SD and CF cards) – just in case, you never know what you’ll encounter on the go!
